Warranty

All watches are covered under warranty, whether it be the 2 year international warranty from brands of which we are authorised dealers, or our own warranty for other such brands. Please bare in mind that as we work closely with a number of retail outlets, your product (as long as it is covered by the warranty), will always get fixed free of charge within the specified period. If your watch is out of warranty don’t worry, we have  professional dedicated technicians and links with jewellers that will be able to fix almost any problem with your watch.(PLEASE NOTE-batteries,straps,crowns,bezels are not covered under warranty at any period)

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a no quibble refund or exchange subject to the customer contacting us within 7 working days of receipt of your item.However,The Watch giant will charge a 10% restocking fee per item,unless its an exchange for another item.You as the customer will also incur the cost of postage back to us.Whilst we do not require a reason for return it would be helpful if you could provide one so that we can try and improve our service to customers in the future.All watches must be returned unused and still in original wrapping.If a watch is returned without protective wrapping or has been worn,The Watch Giant WILL NOT accept the watch back.The Watch Giant is an independent watch retailer that sells watches at generously discounted rates,We sell watches to BUY and not to TRY.

Delivery

We send all watches to the UK Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class Signed for-(tracked),please check delivery times for individual products on their specific pages, generally if a watch is showing in stock it will be with you the next working day. On a very rare occasion a watch might be showing in stock that isn’t, we do sell via other networks so this can happen but only on a very rare occasion.
