Returns and Refunds
Damaged / Faulty Items
If an item appears faulty or damaged please contact us within 24 hours
of receiving the item and we will gladly refund or exchange the item. Please however note that all items are boxed securely and have been checked for faults before dispatch, therefore processing refunds can take up to a week.
Other Reasons for Return
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a no quibble refund or exchange subject to the customer contacting us within 7 working days of receipt of your item.However,The Watch giant will charge a 10% restocking fee per item,unless its an exchange for another item.You as the customer will also incur the cost of postage back to us.Whilst we do not require a reason for return it would be helpful if you could provide one so that we can try and improve our service to customers in the future.All watches must be returned unused and still in original wrapping.If a watch is returned without protective wrapping or has been worn,The Watch Giant WILL NOT accept the watch back.The Watch Giant is an independent watch retailer that sells watches at generously discounted rates,We sell watches to BUY and not to TRY.
PLEASE NOTE - AS POSTAGE IS FREE WE WILL NOT REIMBURSE FOR POSTAGE AND WE WILL DEDUCT COSTS WHICH WE INCURRED SENDING THE PRODUCT FROM THE AMOUNT PAID (NORMALLY £6-7), HOWEVER IF A WATCH IS SENT BACK AND FOUND TO BE WORKING, WE WILL CHARGE FOR RETURN OF POSTAGE (WE DO NOT ADD EXTRA TO THE ROYALMAIL POSTAGE COSTS).
Restocking fees apply as follows:
- Seiko, Ice-Watches, TWSteel, Citizen, DKNY, D&G, Armani - No restocking fee applies, however £7 will be deducted for postage.
- Tag Heuer, Ebel, Gucci, Aquamaster, Rado and B & M - A 10% restocking fee applies on all these purchases.
- Jacob and Co, Breitling and Omega - A 15% restocking fee applies on all these purchases.
Please realise that for a refund to be granted under this policy, all watches must be returned in perfect condition including box, warranty and instructions and must not have been worn.
Please note - all watches sent to the EU will be checked twice, we will carry out thorough checks on the straps, movements and all other parts of the watch before sending. We cannot currently accept returns for watches that are not faulty or damaged. The warranties on watches sent to the EU are the same as what UK customers get. We will not refund postage for EU customers.
If you wish to return a watch for a refund or repair, please send the watch back to the address found on the contact us page and return it with the invoice, without this invoice (which acts as a receipt) no refund nor repair can be granted.
