Warranty and Repairs

The following warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms of conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by The Watch Giant. The Watch Giant shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if The Watch Giant has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. The Watch Giant entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair or refund of the purchase price paid excluding original P & P Charges, at The Watch Giants' sole option. 

Some countries, states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited in their application to you. When implied warranties may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which may vary from country to country. In the UK, nothing in this warranty will affect your statutory rights. 

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorised by The Watch Giants sales manufacture or service agents, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.  

Watches 

your watch is warranted by The Watch Giant for a period of one [1] year from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of their warranty. The Watch Giants' warranty covers mechanical and manufacturing defects only.  

During the warranty period, the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of repair charge if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. 

In case of replacement, The Watch Giant cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value or similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends one [1] year from the date the replacement watch is received.

The warranty does not cover:

•             Crystal,bezel,strap or bracelet, crowns,batteries

•             damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear

•             watches that are 5ATM or below are not waterproof,they are water resistant.They are not to be worn whilst showering or swimming,as the pressure exerted on the watch under these conditions is far greater than 5ATM.We cannot and will not cover the watch for water damage if you decide to exert your watch to such conditions.The Watch giant advises that if you wish to swim in your watch you should only do so if your watch is rated 10ATM or above.

•             Indirect or consequential damage resulting from the defects or inaccuracy or inoperativeness of the watch

.The watch giant will not be responsible for damage caused to straps,links,cases or seals which has been caused by a third party,Ceramic watches, due to their brittle nature are very delicate,and must be treated with care whilst extracting links,The watch giant will not be liable,and will not cover the cost of links or a new strap if breakage occurs whilst extracting links,The cost will be incurred by the customer or whoever is working on the watch.If the watch giant damages the watch,then the cost of a repair will lie with ourselves

For Service work that is not covered under this warranty, the service centre may perform the services you request for a charge dependent on watch style and type of work requested. These charges are subject to change. Such charges will be notified and agreed by you prior to performing the services. Watches sent for repair that are not covered under warranty shall incur P & P charges both to and from The Watch Giant.

 Tissot, Armani ,Burberry,and Michael Kors come with a 1year limited warranty, if anything goes wrong with the watch, it must be sent back to us, we would then pass it onto our authorised dealers who would have the watch fixed. Like all other internet companies offereing discounts above 20%, we cannot offer dealers guarantees on all watches, our prices are the lowest on the internet and yet all customers are still fully covered.

Citizen watches carry a 5 year guarantee and follow the same rules as in the paragraph above.

If your watch fails to work within 7 working days of receiving it a new watch will be issued upon the return of the former watch providing it cannot be fixed.Anything faltering above 7 days the watch will be fixed under warranty.

PLEASE NOTE BATTERIES TO BATTERY POWERED WATCHES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, NOR ARE STRAPS.
